Our Services
Adult Single Therapy
$55 per person
We work directly with a single client in a confidential setting to address and manage their psychological, emotional, behavioral, or interpersonal issues, allowing them to explore their thoughts, feelings, and concerns with personalized support to facilitate positive change and personal growth.". Christian counseling is also administered at the discretion of the client. Examples of issues include but are not limited to anger, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and grief.
1 hour sessions
Group Therapy
$50 per person
We work with a group or family of up to 5. This is a confidential setting to address thoughts, feelings, and concerns among the group. These sessions are geared at understanding the root of the issues and support in administering a solution among the group/family. Christian counseling is also administered at the discretion of the group/family. Examples of issues include but are not limited to anger, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and grief.
1 hour sessions

These services are not limited to in house advice and communication. We use whatever tools deemed necessary to help mentor the client.

Dr. LaShea Riley started Be You Counseling and More LLC in 2024. She has always been one to have a listening ear and help with family and friends needs. Dr. Riley graduated from Hope Bible Institute in 2021 with a Doctorate in Bible Psychology and Religious Studies. Dr. Riley also holds a BA in Business Administration which she acquired from University of Arizona Global Campus. Dr. Riley’s experience has been working within her church doing Christian Counseling Ministry and Singles Ministry, She has also gained experience with cognitive and behavioral counseling through previous clients and prison ministering. Dr. Riley’s philosophy is that having faith and trusting in the Lord means that there is nothing impossible that God can’t fix.
